Mr. Whitehill is the owner of PMN, Inc. a regional investment banking firm, founded in 1995. PMN, Inc. participates in the financing of local entrepreneurial endeavors. John has an MBA from Cornell University and an MSEC from Carnegie Mellon University, where he was appointed as a visiting scholar in the School of Computer Sciences for 5 years ending in 2009. John co-founded the Center for Appalachian Network Access (CANA), a philanthropic effort to deploy telecommunication and internet technologies in rural and isolated communities. Most recently, CANA is assisting the efforts of Catholic Charities to acculturate refugee populations.
